I loved the room design and uniqueness. It was also a nice change to be able to stay in a small guesthouse rather than a hotel. A reasonable location - if you can navigate the streets of Venice! Easy to get to waterbus stops, markets, San Marco, shops etc. Owner is a lovely lady, extremely helpful and accommodating - and makes a good breakfast in bed!
It would have been useful to have a kettle in the room, or access to hot water downstairs to make hot drinks in the evening etc.

The description of how to find the locanda was spot on and it was easy to walk to from the vaporetto stop even with luggage. The room was awesome although the shower is very small. It was just a 20 minute walk to San Marco Piazza and most other sights. The breakfast was lots and good and staff was great! Definitely recommend this to all!!!

It was a neat, tidy hotel. Breakfast was brought to your room at whatever time you preferred with no extra cost. Staff was friendly.
Its location was a bit far from everything. I didn't mind that so much because it gave us a chance to really explore venice. No one was there to greet us when we arrived at 4 pm. There was simply a key with our names on it on the desk and we let ourselves in. there was absoluty no hot water. We had to take a very cold shower and couldn't even express our concern that night because there was no one to talk to. In the end, they took off 20 euros of the total cost because of our coldt shower. Also woke up in the middle of the night with water dropping on me from the air conditioner that was right above the bed.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was a ten minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and about a 15 min walk to S. Marco Square. I also loved the breakfast in bed. The woman that worked the front desk was so nice and the breakfast was actually really good.
I really liked everything about the hotel, but if I was to choose something than I would say that the bathroom was quite small. It was one of those that didn't really have a shower stall, the whole bathroom was used as a shower. But overall it was a great hotel!

Good value for accommodation on the deal we got. The b&b is in a good location, the staff are friendly staff and maintain clean, comfortable rooms
There was someone supposed to meet us when we arrived at the B&B but they weren't there (this may have been because we were late). With no reception open in the afternoon you cannot enter the B&B so we called the number but the person didn't speak English which left us stranded on the street after a delayed flight. In the end we relied upon the goodwill of a passerby to translate for us to gain entry to our room.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
